Imma is an initiative-taking professional with over 20 years' experience in management, finance, coaching, training, process improvement and implementation — including years at a global online payment platform, PayPal, in a highly regulated and dynamic environment. She currently works as a private coach.
She brings excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to work to strict deadlines. Enthusiastic about empowering people to achieve their goals, she has a natural, unique way of enabling her team to reach their true potential.
Imma is a strong advocate for occupational health and environmental protection, proffering solutions to organisations and conducting training sessions to that effect. With qualifications spanning management, finance, coaching, community development and personal growth, she brings robust knowledge of the Millennium Development Goals, the Sustainable Development Goals, drugs and alcohol policy, and other human-centred fields.
